Park is about 1 year old and very nice. Close to I-40, but not noisy, and there is a Flying J and Pilot at the off ramp. Close to town for groceries and other shopping. Roads in the park are gravel, and access to the medium sized sites is good for 40 footers. Met many short term and long term guests (very friendly) and the owner is very helpful. Great laundry facilties that include gym equipment and a computer with internet access. I stayed about 10 days and would definitly return.

Very nice place with lots of shade trees and foliage. Owner/manager very nice and friendly and lives next door. Laundry is $1.00 wash, .75 dry. It's a quiet park and most neighbors live year round and are very friendly. I made many friends while here with whom I will stay in touch. Age limit is 55 and older. Park is close to shopping and hospitals and there's a bus stop right in front. The Pinellas Trail is within two blocks and is a fantastic walking/bicycling trail running for 15 miles north and south of the Park. Park is a short drive or bus ride to the beaches.

A good place to rest one or two nights before moving on. Nice laundry and some small shops within walking distance but for stocking up with groceries or any other serious shopping one must drive a the interstate a couple of miles north. Owners are very friendly and accommodating and I would stay overnight again when passing through. Nice grassy spots and the manager spots the campers so as to provide as much separation and possible. Quite place the few nights I stayed there. Close to the Interstate but noise level is negligible.

A bit out of the way but a wonderful place. The park is an old estate with an historic home on the property. In October the City of Opelika runs a haunted hay ride and the home is turned into a haunted house. Wonderful diversion indeed. The surrounding forests have a number of trails to walk and the park was very quiet the month I stayed. One weekend a local group of Good Sams used about a dozen of the spaces but the remaining time I had the whole place to myself. The manager and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful and made the stay even more unforgettable. Park is about 15 miles from town so trips for groceries and laundry require a little driving. Best if you have a toad but I did the "commute" in my 40 foot coach with no real problems.
